Operating Hours

Available work periods - 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST ( 7 days/week)*

Most shifts will be through the evenings/nights/weekends.

Some hours may become available during the morning/day, and possibly overnight.

USB corded headset required - No wireless/Bluetooth headsets allowed

Your responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative Tier 1, your responsibility is to receive calls from end-users seeking customer service for roadside assistance. You will deliver exceptional roadside assistance services to the top Original Equipment Manufacturers in the industry, and you'll be measured on your speed, efficiency, and level of service provided to the customer.

  • Enter call information in the system

  • Will adhere to all program guidelines

  • Arrange the required services through the CAA client network

  • Handle customer requests from Xperigo's client base for program-associated inquiries

  • Oversee the resolution of basic customer care issues and escalate to the Help Desk Analyst as required

  • Assist customers with inquiries and communicate with CAA dispatch centers across North America
